  18. for Windows!  Reverend Lowell's Treasury is hyper-indexed, easily
  19. searchable, and copiously illustrated in color and B/W. Reverend
  20. Lowell's Treasury is divided into multiple volumes, with each volume
  21. covering a different topic. This volume, HE WHO LAUGHS, LASTS, can be
  22. freely distributed, to assist those considering purchasing the Treasury
  23. in evaluating the quality of these materials.

  25. HE WHO LAUGHS, LASTS contains Reverend Lowell's all-time favorite
  26. anecdotes, jokes, quips, and witty comments. Each volume covers a
  27. different topic, and the full set contains thousands of humorous
  28. anecdotes collected by Reverend Lowell during his long career as an
  29. ordained minister. After thirty years of public speaking from the
  30. pulpit, the podium, and on television, he has amassed quite a few
  31. items, and Reverend Lowell's Treasury represents the "cream of the
  32. crop."  These are Reverend Lowell's favorite funny stories, revealing
  33. quotes, interesting anecdotes, and zingy one-liners. And there's
  34. nothing that would be unsuitable in any public setting.

  37. color or B/W.  All items are indexed by keywords and by first line.

  64. ----- HOW TO INSTALL REVEREND LOWELL'S TREASURY ---------------------

  66. You can install Reverend Lowell's Treasury automatically, using the
  67. enclosed auto-installer.  To do this, simply run install.exe from within
  68. Windows. You can run it using File Manager, or the Run item on Program
  69. Manager's File menu, or in whatever other convenient way you choose.
  70. Give it the directory to put the Treasury files into, and the Program
  71. Manager group name for the Treasury icons (appropriate defaults are
  72. suggested).  It'll do the rest.  The installer will make no changes to
  73. your system set-up or to any systemwide files. It copies the Treasury
  74. files to the one directory you specify, and puts its icons in the one
  75. Program Manager group you choose.

  77. If you decide to un-install Reverend Lowell's Treasury, simply delete
  78. that Program Manager group, and that directory, which you selected when
  79. you first installed Reverend Lowell's Treasury.
